SUPER SIMPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients are also listed in the recipe itself

  • 2 cups frozen berries (you can use mixed berries, or one type if you prefer)

  • 2 frozen bananas (it’s okay if they’re not frozen, but you’ll want frozen ones for that extra thick consistency)

  • 2 cups orange juice

  • 3 tablespoons seeds of choice (we recommend a blend of hemp seeds, flaxseed, and chia seeds)

  • Optional: Any greens you’d like to add! We recommend spinach or kale. Just keep in mind that this will drastically change the color of your smoothie.

 

RECIPE - SERVES 2

  1. Blend together 2 cups frozen berries, 2 frozen bananas, 2 cups orange juice, 3 tablespoons seeds, and serve!
