Tropical green smoothie with reusable straw
 

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients are also listed in the recipe itself

  • 2 cups of oat milk or orange juice (Orange juice will give you a fresh tropical flavor, and oat milk will give you a creamy pina colada flavor).

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 handful kale

  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

    Optional

  • You could also add in additional fruits, veggies, and seeds like kiwi, mango, beach, strawberries, flaxseed, chia seed, or frozen zucchini.


 

RECIPE - SERVES 2-3

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for one minute or until smooth. Tip: If you often end up with larger bits of kale and spinach in your final result, try blending just the liquid and the greens together first before adding everything else to the blender.
